Ronny Eriksson Workshops

Workshops on concepts, stories and pitches

For a team or a group of founders with material that has to move. Short inputs from me; most of the time goes to your own pitch, concept or decision.

When it helps

Three formats

Pitch workshop

For founders’ programmes and pitch days.

You bring
your pitch as it is today.
In the room
we find the one thing the room should remember, cut what hides it, and you say it out loud until it holds.
You leave with
a reworked pitch, already tested on a room.

Concept workshop

For a team with an idea that is still too broad to build.

You bring
the idea, however rough.
In the room
we narrow it down to one person it is for, and build around what they feel and experience.
You leave with
a concept with a face: who it is for, what it has to feel like for them, and the first thing to test with real people.

Strategy day

For a leadership team or a programme that has to decide something.

You bring
the question that keeps coming back to the agenda.
In the room
a full day, facilitated from the first question to the decision.
You leave with
the decision, written down, with who does what next.

What working together involves

You bring
your own material: the pitch, the concept, or the question that keeps coming back to the agenda.
In the room
short inputs, then most of the time on that material, said out loud and tested on the room.
You leave with
the reworked thing itself, not notes about it. The length and the group are agreed with you; it can follow a keynote.

What it is for Something to use the next morning: a pitch that holds, a concept with one person at its centre, or a decision that’s actually made.

Languages and scope

In Finnish, Swedish or English.

Tell me the date, the audience and what the moment is for. I’ll say honestly whether I’m the right person, then propose a format. Scope and fee are agreed together before anything is confirmed.

Tell me what you have in mind. I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person, and where we’d start.
