- a call with you on the running order and what each part is for, then preparation with every speaker, so the questions build on what they came to say.
- Moderation
- a panel becomes a conversation: I keep the thread, keep the time, and ask the follow-up the audience is already thinking.
- Transitions
- introductions and hand-overs written for each speaker, and a close that ties the day together. One programme, not a list.
- The room
- questions from the floor, and the audience brought in whenever the day needs air.
