How inquiries are handled
Right now the form is in test mode: it checks a message and then discards it. Nothing is delivered or kept.
What the form asks for
Your name, your email address, what you are thinking about and your message; your organisation and a date or place if you want to add them.
What happens to it
It is sent once, as an email to my inbox, through Resend, an email delivery service. That is all: it isn’t stored in a database on this site, added to a mailing list or used for marketing. I use it to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about.
What else the site sees
The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps short technical logs (such as an IP address) for security and to limit how many messages one address can send. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Your browser may remember whether you paused the motion; that stays on your device.
How long, and your choices
I keep an inquiry in my email for as long as the conversation is useful. Ask me to delete it, or to tell you what I have, and I will. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi (opens in a new tab)).
