When it helps

An idea that needs shaping and testing with real people before it is built.

A focused project

For one thing that has to get made.

It starts with: a concept, an event, a programme or a launch that isn’t real yet.
How we begin: the call and the scope, then the work, with checkpoints along the way.
What you keep: the thing itself, and the plan and materials to run it again.
The next decision: run it again yourselves, or take the next step together.

Hands-on with your team

For a team that has the idea and not yet the first version.

It starts with: an idea everyone agrees on and nobody has time to build.
How we begin: a workshop to agree what the first version is. Then I work inside the team to build it.
What you keep: the first version, and a team that built it with its own hands.
The next decision: who owns it from here.

Recurring advisory

For a founder or a team, building, who wants a second view from outside the org chart.

It starts with: decisions that keep arriving faster than there’s time to think them through.
How we begin: one conversation, then a rhythm we agree.
What you keep: a second view at the moments that decide things, from someone who has built before.
The next decision: keep the rhythm, change it, or stop once you don’t need it. That’s the plan.

What working together involves

A call: you tell me what you’re trying to move. I tell you honestly whether I’m the right person.
A scope: in writing, with a timeline and a fee, before anything starts. No hours to buy.
Checkpoints: you see the work while it’s being built, not only at the end.

What it is for A concept tested with the people it is for, a team that owns it, and a clear next step. The work decides which of the three it takes.

Languages and scope

In Finnish, Swedish or English.

Tell me the date, the audience and what the moment is for. I’ll say honestly whether I’m the right person, then propose a format. Scope and fee are agreed together before anything is confirmed.
