He founded ODDfest, Helsinki’s creative week, and co-founded Ambitious.Africa and Norders. At Hanken Business Lab he has led fundraising of more than €1.5 million across multiple sources. Since 2020 he has given more than 60 talks, panels, workshops and hosted sessions, in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Ronny Eriksson is an entrepreneur, speaker and host in Helsinki, working across creativity, culture and business. His argument: when anyone can make something good, the work is making people care.

He founded ODD, the Helsinki organisation behind ODDfest, the city’s creative week, ODDference and ODDspace; its first two years, 2025–26, drew more than 5,000 participants. Before ODD he co-founded Ambitious.Africa, a Nordic–Africa youth community, the creative marketing agency Norders, and Hanken Venture Studio, Hanken’s startup accelerator. At Hanken Business Lab he has led fundraising of more than €1.5 million across multiple sources.

Since 2020 he has given more than 60 talks, panels, workshops and hosted sessions, from a keynote at Polar Bear Pitching in Oulu to CreativeMornings/HEL, and he hosted his own Sunday programme, Väärinpäin, on Radio Helsinki. He works in Finnish, Swedish and English.
